You can save time and clients’ money by using our platform (we understand that it is not always possible to fully recoup the costs associated with the time spent on securing funding for the clients). We encourage competition on our platform which should warrant the best funding and ATE rates. We streamlined the application process in such a way that one application fits all funders. Therefore, you do not need to complete different applications for various funders in different formats. You can start completing application on our platform, save it and submit it when it is ready. The process is designed in a way to aid accelerated decision-making timeline. Our innovative technology gives lawyers more power and control over the case. The application form is flexible and covers all questions that can potentially interest the funders. The case files can be fully managed on the platform.

Given the recent spike in the number of litigation funders, it is becoming increasingly difficult to readily know about all the market players around the globe (114 funders were identified by Funding Links in 2021). Instead of spending time on the searching and researching each funder separately, you can access funder profiles on our platform to choose the one that suits your client the most. Our approach is designed to maximise the benefits to you and your clients as we offer compilation of funders and their profiles to save you time and provide you with variety of options to choose from.

We undertake basic validation of the funders. We do not complete full and enhanced due diligence on the funders and it is your/your client’s responsibility to ensure that the funders meet your requirements.

*If you are unable to secure the funding with the funder you selected, you can resume the process and continue liaising with other funders previously put on hold.

Another service we provide to law firms is client referrals. We provide ad-hoc services to claimants (both individuals and corporate entities) who have already secured funding and are looking for suitable law firms to lead the case. We collect information from our clients and obtain quotes for legal fees from law firms registered with us.
